1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through graceone.in (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Website is owned and operated by Grace One, Flat A1, ABS-Greens, Lane 1, Vrindavan Garden, Vishwanath Enclave, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India (GSTIN: 05AXTPS7154F1ZY), which sells SAFAR-branded hanging car diffusers.

2. Products

SAFAR car diffusers are premium hanging car air fresheners, imported and marketed by Grace One (Country of Origin: China). Product images on this Website are for representation; actual packaging, bottle finish, and colour may vary slightly due to photography, screen display, or manufacturing batch differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via direct online checkout on the product page, or via WhatsApp. Online payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and accepted methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI. Cash on Delivery may also be available where offered. An order is confirmed only once payment (or, for WhatsApp/COD orders, order details) has been verified by us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including the SAFAR and Grace One names, logos, product photography, and website design — is the property of Grace One and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAFAR products are for use as a car air freshener only. Grace One is not liable for any misuse, including but not limited to placement on dashboards/painted surfaces, ingestion, or contact with eyes and skin — please follow the safety instructions printed on the product packaging. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace One's liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

8. Grievance Redressal

For any complaints or concerns, please contact our Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 1 month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
