Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship SAFAR products to serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery generally takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location, though this can vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout, or communicated to you at the time of order confirmation for WhatsApp orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date so we can help resolve it quickly.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk in the product pass to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
